Volcano poem!

Kia Ora bloggers! Bella here and I am posting a poem I made about volcanoes.To make sure it is a Haiku and a Haiku is a poem that has 3 lines and the 1st line has 5 syllables and the 2nd line is 7 syllables and for the last one is 5 syllables again. Here are my slides make sure you can do thin in the mean time.

Kia Ora, Bella, awesome job on the poetry, I have forgotten how cool cinquain poems are. Its always good to hear the author read their own poems because they know which words to emphasise and what speed to go at.

Kia Ora Bella. Well done on using the word 'engulf' in your poem! Well done on describing a lava flow eruption with your cinquain poem. What a great choice of poems to write!

Ola Bella here or some people call me Isabella-Charis. I am a Year 6 in Room 8 at Owairaka School.I am 10 years young and I graduate this year! I am Samoan and I am also a Portuguese. I am the 4 member of my family and there are 5 in my family,so I am the second youngest.My Interests are Netball and art! I love being goal attack in Netball and I love drawing people in art,but I don’t really think I am good at it!!I am passionate about Art and Netball,they fill me with happiness because I love those subjects so much! I think I am good at Netball but it doesn't really matter because I love it anyways,if I am not good at it at least I can spend some time with my friends and have fun on the courts! I enjoy a lot of stuff only if they are fun.Things that fascinate me are figure skating!Who knew.I also have never been to a snowing place before and have never touched snow,so that is what fascinate me. My challenges for this year are math and writing.I mean I think I am good at writing,I really like writing and its fun to write about fantasy because it feels like you are in another world!Goals for this year? I don’t really know but you mean like goals in soccer right? I’m just playing around,my goal this year is to push myself to the limit where I will be good at math,reading,writing and all the subjects.
